NOTICE OF REVISED

ELECTION FINANCE STATEMENT FORMS

Due to 2010 House Bill 88, effective November 2, 2010, the Kentucky Registry of Election Finance filed emergency regulations revising all election finance statement reporting forms.  The revised forms are now available online and specifically include the following:

Candidate/Issue Committees

Election Finance Statement (KREF 006)

Permanent Committee (PAC) 

Permanent Committee (PAC) Election Finance Statement (KREF 006/P) 

Executive Committee

County Executive and District Committee Election Finance Statement (KREF 006/E-C&D)

 

State Executive Committee Election Finance Statement (KREF 006/E-S) 

Caucus Campaign Committee 

Caucus Campaign Committee Election Finance Statement (KREF 006/C)

Inaugural Committee Election Finance Statement (KREF 006/I) 

 

Please be advised the Registry will work with all candidates, slates of candidates, and committees during this transition to use of the new forms.
